a movement coach, fitness instructor, and passionate advocate for strength and self-empowerment.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve helped people from all walks of life reconnect with their bodies through mindful, challenging, and uplifting movement.
My training is rooted in practical strength and mobility, with a strong influence from martial arts. I bring together elements from different disciplines to create sessions that not only challenge your body — but energise your mindset too.
I understand that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I offer a flexible mix of live online classes and on-demand training — so you can move your way, in your own time.
My Story
From Burnout to Black Belt
I spent most of my early adult life overweight due to undiagnosed Autism, which led to anxiety, depression, and overeating. My two best friends used to go to the gym regularly, and I’d scoff at the idea of joining them — despite their continued invitations.
One day, I finally took the plunge. I went with them — and I was instantly hooked.
The feeling of improved mood, reduced stress, more energy, and growing confidence was something I wasn’t willing to give up.

Returning to My Roots
Around two years later, at 30, I returned to one of my childhood passions — Taekwondo.
I’d trained from age 8 to 12, reaching black belt before giving it up. I found a local club, worked my way back to black belt, and eventually stepped into teaching.
Before long, I’d fulfilled a lifelong dream — launching my own Taekwondo club in West Yorkshire, teaching people of all ages.

A New Chapter in Manchester
In 2019, I made a big move to Manchester and joined a new Taekwondo club. As fate would have it, my instructor was also a fitness coach — but with a difference.
That’s where I discovered holistic fitness: a way of training that builds not only a stronger body but also a stronger, more resilient mind.
My Credentials
Since then, I’ve gone on to:

Qualify as a registered BTC & TAGB Taekwondo Instructor

Qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Gym Instructor

Certify as a Level 1 Kinisi Flow™ Instructor (mindful movement)
My Philosophy
Learning that fitness isn’t just about weight loss or looking good — that it can feel good and do good — changed everything for me.
I now combine everything I’ve learned to help others build strength, confidence, and joy through movement. No endless cardio. No workouts you hate. Just real, sustainable change.
