This program is a progressive strength & mobility workout incorporating a combination of stretching, targeted strength training, and mobility exercises designed to highlight areas of weakness & build strength. This class will help you achieve a balanced and functional level of fitness. This difficulty level of this program increases every 4 weeks to help you build muscle strength and endurance. Every 4 weeks, if you feel ready, you can move on to the next video installment featuring progressions of the movements to increase the difficulty level and keep you adapting. This program is designed to take 16 weeks but there is no scheduled end date. You can can complete at your own pace by extending each step if you don't feel ready to move on. Stay motivated and keep moving! Weeks 1 - 4 (Foundation moves) Weeks 5 - 8 (Progression 1) Weeks 9 - 12 (Progression 2) Weeks 13 - 16 (Progression 3 - Completion) At the end of each month you have the option to have a zoom meeting with me should you wish to check in, ask questions, discuss your progress or have any issues.
