About

MARTIAL FIT FUSION is a martial arts inspired fitness program. It combines Taekwondo techniques and body weight exercises to create fun and dynamic full body workout sequences designed to improve your strength, agility, endurance & cardio output. This workout will leave you feeling re-energised & empowered. This program is broken down into sections to help you move at a comfortable pace building strength, technique & stamina. Every 3 weeks, if you feel ready, you can move on to the next video installment featuring adaptations of the movements or new movements to help keep you progressing. This program is designed to take 16 weeks but there is no scheduled end date. You can can complete at your own pace by extending each step if you don't feel ready to move on. Stay motivated and keep moving! Weeks 1 - 3 (Part 1) Weeks 4 - 6 (Part 1 adaptations) Weeks 7 - 9 (Part 2) Weeks 10 - 12 (Part 2 adaptations) Weeks 13 - 16 (Culmination & completion) At the end of each month you have the option to have a zoom meeting with me should you wish to check in, ask questions, discuss your progress or have any issues.
