Martial Fit Workout Unleash your inner warrior with this high-energy fusion of martial arts-inspired movement and functional fitness. This empowering session blends striking drills, agility work, and bodyweight strength training into a dynamic workout that builds resilience, confidence, and full-body strength. Martial Fit Fusion Workshop - Learn a powerful new workout format and also put your skills into action by practicing key techniques on pads for a fully interactive experience. Taekwondo/Self Defense Experience the power and technique of Taekwondo-Self Defense. With 15 years of training including 5 years of teaching experience, and a 3rd degree black belt, i am committed to sharing my lifelong passion for this martial art. These sessions incorporate fitness, pad work, various kicking & hand techniques as well as real life self defense. Cancellation Policy
Single session bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the session with full refund. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before start time but must be within the same month. 4 week block booking plans run consecutively. They can be cancelled with full refund up to 48 hours before commencement of the first session with full refund but not after. Missed sessions do not carry over. In the event that i am unavailable for sessions due to injury or illness a video session will be supplied to you upon request.
